Returns & Exchange
We believe our products must live up to your highest expectations. If you have any question with the purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days upon delivery.
To be eligible for the return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it arrived.
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by our customer service team with a authorization number prior the return. Shipping fee may be deducted from the refund unless the product is claim defective.
To receive the authorization for the return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide order number (start with #DWI) and contact information associated with the order. A return label will be emailed to you upon review. Any return without authorization number will be refused and refund will not be issued. All refunds are made in the original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Please note that every bank might operate with longer handling time.
