Tax

There is no sales tax charge unless the order is being shipped to California (CA) or Ohio (OH).

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday to Friday. However, orders might be delayed on major US holidays (including New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Cancel orders

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, you can only cancel your order within 24 hours. Please email help@diamondwipesb2b.com to cancel your order. After 24 hours, the order has entered the shipping process and no further change can be made.

International Order

Currently our web store do not accept international orders. For international order, please contact us via help@diamondwipesb2b.com.  
And we do not accept returns on international shipments.

Multiple Shipments

To better service our clients, we use 3rd party fulfillment center cross the country. You might receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple fulfillment centers. There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments.

Tracking orders
